Unleashing the potential for cross-sector cooperation

Through our work we have come to acknowledge the challenges in cross-sector cooperation that many development partnerships and stakeholder dialogues face and their need for process support and capacity building to ensure successful results.

On the basis of the initial situational analysis we help to design tailor-made implementation plans and integrated capacity building. Through our approach we strengthen local ownership und respect for the cultural and organizational requirements. Cross-sector cooperation requires the careful design of tailor-made process architecture.
