Creating a climate for collective leadership

The Collective Leadership Institute stands for sustainable acting, thinking, communicating and leading. We are working with leaders, project managers, (social) entrepreneurs and change agents in private companies, public institutions and civil society organizations to successfully implement innovative and effective cross-sector cooperation, stakeholder dialogues and leadership for sustainability.
Our work is based on a systemic, dialogic and an integral approach.

Why dialogue?
Organizational, societal and global learning needs to be at the heart of sustainability activities. Although modern technology bridges vast distances and disseminates ideas quickly, the importance of meaningful conversations with respect for difference will increase. They are the basis for profound change towards sustainability.


A dialogic way of change towards sustainability creates commitment and the willingness of all to find innovative solutions to today's challenges. When co-creation of the future is more consciously understood as a collective task, active engagement for a sustainable future follows - by individuals, companies and political actors.
