Founder and Director of the Collective Leadership Institute (CLI), is a senior consultant for systemic change management since 1995, serving private companies as well as public and develpment aid institutions.
Kristiane Schaefer
Kristiane Schaefer, Co-founder and Co-Director of the Collective Leadership Institute (CLI) has a focus on ‘Leadership for Sustainability’. Since the foundation of CLI she has been expanding this strategic field and initiated several groundbraking projects – such as the ‘Young Leaders for Sustainability’ Program: www.youngleadersforsustainability.com.
